The friendly staff, comfortable room, and amazing breakfast buffet set a delightful tone for my trip. Minor issues like room changes and dated decor didn't overshadow my experience. With beautiful Frankston just minutes away, it's a great spot for luxury seekers!

Air-conditioned and stocked rooms, the views were great. The location was the best, for example, The Entrance Heritage Walk was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The service offered was efficient.

The location is fantastic, with a big shopping center and malls just a short walk away. the restaurant is excellent for both dinner and breakfast, and we enjoyed freshly cooked dishes.

The size of the room and decor and friendliness of the staff.
The fact that there wasn't a toaster with the jug and that you could hear the kids next door running around their unit and the sound of the water pipes/shower in the next room when in bed trying to sleep. Other than that everything was good

I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium, and it certainly provided a great start, whether I was rushing off to work or relaxing. the buffet breakfast was excellent, and the spacious room with a comfortable bed made my stay enjoyable. the friendly staff enhanced the overall experience.
One service I missed during my work-related stay was a dedicated business center to print documents or conduct quick meetings, which would have been helpful.
